FAQ
We are an independant record label specializing in vinyl versions of punk, metal and hardcore releases in danger of being lost to time. We are not opposed to working with active bands, but time and resources are limited, and I usually have a lengthly mental list of what's next.
SHIPPING:
We almost always ship within a day or two of order, but if something is taking a while (and it's not a pre-order), please contact us and we'll do our best to figure out what's going on.
CANCELLATIONS:
We can NOT cancel orders once placed. There's too many different payment methods and fees and it's always going to end up in me losing a few dollars, so please be aware of any fees or duties in your country before placing your order. All sales are final.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING:
I will ship literally anywhere. That being said, international shipping is a total clusterf@#k, it's expensive and takes forever and they like to run over packages with tanks. Please be patient (6 weeks is not abnormal) and we'll get things sorted.
